In Farsi 'Shir' means 'Lion' & 'Zan' means 'Woman' and the word "Shir Zan" refers to a strong woman. A woman who is powerful not because of her physical appearance but her inner strength. A woman like our mothers who protect their family no matter what the circumstances. A woman who shows leadership and isn't afraid of standing up for what they believe in.
