Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue serving our customers. However, due to Covid-19 situation, Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual for some product categories. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

US ORDERS: 30 to 40 Business days Days 

CANADA ORDERS: 40 to 60 Business Days

EU ORDERS: 30 Business Days

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Our fulfillment process takes 30 to 40 business days, and then we send out you order. ( 90% of the time the order is out after 25 business days) 

Then the delivery time depends on the delivery option that you choose in the checkout page. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Also if you have a deadline for your order or you want to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, please let us know! We can't cancel or make any changes after the first 12 hours. 

For 🇨🇦Order: Unfortunately, Canada has proven to be not always perfect when it comes to shipping, and some orders may take a little bit longer to be delivered. However, we will do our best to prevent this from happening.

How much is the shipping fee? 

We calculate the shipping fee automatically after you choose your items and enter your address in our checkout page and we use USPS/DHL live rate service to save our customers some money! 

However, the shipping for orders over $70 is FREE, and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after fulfillment time. Also, if you have a Promo code from us for Free Shipping, no matter what option do you choose at the checkout page, the estimated delivery time will be 5 to 7 business days after fulfillment time.

Do I have to pay any duty fees?

Unfortunately starting June 1st, we won't be able to pay the duty fees on our end for Canada orders and the customer is responsible. 

 What happens to unclaimed refund or orders? 

Here at Geev, we will always do our best to make sure that our customers receive their packages safely and on time. However, sometimes, the first attempt for delivery doesn't go as planned. But that's not a problem cause we will attend the second time without an extra charge.
Note: If you don't set up your next delivery with us or don't claim your refund for the first 30 days, we will donate all the unclaimed funds or items to local charities. 


What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Just keep that in mind, all the shipping options will say (N days after fulfillment), and that means your order will get to you N days after the fulfillment process is completed. (usually, 2 to 4 business days)

Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly, and we’ll take you through the process. However, We accept returns in case the delivered item differs from the ordered item, and please make sure to check the measurement table before you order since returns regarding sizing issues are not accepted for now.

Can I get my product personalized?
For some items, YES! It depends on the creator and the product. Just email us!
